OoooWee this joint goes HOARD! Can’t front I haven’t been feeling Pusha T’s music lately but this one brought me back and got me hyped for his upcoming album. This is one of the rawest songs I’ve heard in a while and is easilythe hardest track of the year so far. Got this one on heavy rotation.
#WESTCOASTSCHITT: Kendrick Lamar - Bitch Don’t Kill My Vibe
K.Dot comes out with visuals to one of the standout tracks off his debut album. Peep the cameos from Jay Rock, Mike Epps, Juicy J and a snippet of some new ScHoolBoy Q coming soon at the end of the vid.
Shumpert channeling the ghost of Kenny “Sky” Walker with easily the biggest dunk of the playoffs. I didn’t even know dude could get up like that. It’s interesting to note that Shumpert, like Derrick Rose, suffered an ACL injury. And if he can come back like this, then that gives all the hope for a successful D. Rose return.
Not officially dub’d that nickname but these colors strikingly resemble the countries colors. These also would go good if you’re a Warrior fan as well.No exact word on a release date but you might want to start checking your local sneaker spot soon.
Chuck Inglish is one of the game’s best producers so new music from him is always a pleasure. The first single off his upcoming mixtape, ‘Droptops’, slaps and adds more to the hype. Can’t wait for this.
Two up & comers out of San Jose, one a producer and the other on the mic, are collaborating on a project set to come out this Summer. Here’s the first offering of what’s to come. I look forward to hearing more. Make sure to also peep the bangin’ bonus cuts from them…
Man this track is SICK! I’m a big fan when the MellowHype duo and Domo Genesis form to create MellowHigh. Personally Hodgy and Domo are my favorite rappers out the Odd Future click and I’m a big fan of Left Brain’s production. Oh and the video is dope too. I’m highly anticipating some new music soon!
Coming straight out of Nashville, Ten-A-Key is this cat by the name of Petty. My cuzzo has been sponsoring him tough so I went ahead to see what the hype was about and it’s evident why. Dude got flow and spits quality lyrics. Listening to him I first thought he sounded like ScHoolboy Q with a mix of Big K.R.I.T sprinkled with some Andre 3000. In the song that’s posted his flow is almost reminiscent of Kendrick Lamar. Big names like that associated with dude is enough reason for you to check him out. The beats on the album are all produced by The Stuyvesants giving the album a complete and consistent sound.
Man Jordan stays keeping dudes broke! How does one keep up with the seemingly endless amount of hyped releases coming soon after the other? The “Grapes” are easily one of the freshest Jays ever and a personal fav of mine. The upcoming “Black Grapes” are a seemingly no-brainer and are just as fresh (if not fresher?) as it’s whiter counterpart. I can only imagine rocking one of each on each foot with a throwback Larry Johnson Charlotte Hornets jersey to match. Hurtin’ feelings sun! Sending foo’s to therapy yo! The “Grapes” are set to come out at the top of May while the “Black Grapes” are set to come out the top of June. Save up.
